Cancel your plan and what happens to your data
You can cancel any plan from inside the app. We follow it up with a clear, predictable data-handling sequence.
01Cancel from the app
- 1Settings → Plan → Cancel.
- 2Tell us why (optional but appreciated — it really shapes the roadmap).
- 3Confirm with your password and 2FA.
02What happens next
Billing stops at the end of the current period — you keep paid features until then.
After that, the tenant goes read-only for 30 days. You can still log in, view, and export everything.
After 30 days, posting is blocked but data stays read-only for another 60 days.
After 90 days total, you can request full erasure (right to be forgotten) or we mark the tenant for archival.
03Export before you cancel
Run Settings → Data → Export and Reports → Year-end pack first. That gives you a clean offline copy of everything.
