Read the Aged Receivables report

Aged Receivables is the most-used cashflow report in any SME. Use it to prioritise calls, statements and credit-control decisions.

01Run the report

  1. 1Open Reports → Aged Receivables.
  2. 2Pick the as-of date (defaults to today).
  3. 3Pick the bucket size (default 30 days).

02Read the buckets

Current — invoices not yet due.

1-30 days — overdue, polite reminder territory.

31-60 days — call them.

61-90 / 90+ — escalate; consider statement of account or stop credit.

03Drill in

Click any customer row to see the underlying invoices.

Send a statement, email a reminder, or post a payment, all from the drill-down.
