- 1Open Reports → Profit & Loss.
- 2Pick a period (preset: This month, Last month, Quarter to date, This year).
- 3Hit Run.
02Drill in
Click any line to see the contributing journals.
Compare to last period: tick the Compare box and pick a comparison range — variance % shows in a side column.
03Export
Export PDF for the bank or your investor pack.
Export Excel if you want to add notes or merge with a budget.
