Review the audit log
Every state-changing action in BukuCloud is recorded: invoice posted, journal edited, role changed, settings updated. The audit log is your forensic trail.
01Where to find it
Settings → Audit log.
Practice firms also see a cross-tenant view from the Practice console.
02Filter
Filter by user, action type, IP and date range.
Click a row to see the before/after diff for record changes.
03Retention
Audit log entries are retained for the lifetime of the tenant. Year-end exports include the period audit log automatically.
