Turn on two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) uses a Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) — Google Authenticator, 1Password and Authy all work.
01Turn it on for yourself
- 1Open Profile → Security.
- 2Click Enable 2FA.
- 3Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
- 4Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
- 5Save your one-time recovery codes somewhere safe (1Password / a sealed envelope).
02Enforce for the whole tenant
Owner can flip Settings → Security → Require 2FA for all users.
Anyone without 2FA gets prompted to set it up next login.
